Grosvenor Casinos Review: Live Tables, Bonus and Payouts | Reelaudit
Grosvenor Casinos review: real-venue live tables are the draw, the welcome bonus is not
Grosvenor streams roulette from its London Victoria casino and runs its own live studio. The Rank Group brand has a deep table lobby and a £5 floor, but a 10x welcome bonus capped at £200 and few banking options.
Score 7.4 out of 107.4/10
Best forUK table-game players who prefer live casino filmed in real venues
Grosvenor has a better answer to "why not just use a studio?" than almost any rival, and a worse answer to "why take the welcome bonus?" We read the terms, loaded the lobbies and captured the pages for this review. We did not time a cashout of our own, so every payout figure below is labelled with its source. Gambling is paid entertainment with a house edge built in, and nothing here is a way to earn money.
What "live from the casino" actually means
Most live dealer rooms are television sets: a studio in Riga or Malta, a dealer in a branded waistcoat, a wheel nobody has ever stood next to. Grosvenor runs two kinds of table. The first is a new exclusive Grosvenor studio. The second is the one that matters here, a lobby section the site calls "Live from Britain's Best Casinos", where the camera sits inside an operating Grosvenor venue.
The site's own live page says you can "virtually join real players in our famous London Victoria casino" on Victoria Roulette. That changes the atmosphere more than you would expect. There are other punters at the rail, the croupier is working a real floor and the wheel does not reset on a software timer.
The live lobby: tiles list stakes such as £0.10 to £10,000, and a separate shelf is labelled as streamed from the brand's casinos.
Stakes are wide. The lobby prints ranges per tile, and on the tables we looked at they ran from 10p to £10,000 on the exclusive-studio row, £0.50 to £1,000 on most of the venue row, and £1 to £2,500 on some blackjack tiles. Roulette tiles start at 10p to 20p.
The trade-off is that a venue stream depends on a venue, so check which tables are open when you log in. The exclusive studio is the alternative when they are not.
The welcome offer, read properly
The headline is "up to £40 slots bonus plus 100 free spins". Strip the capitals away and the terms are less generous. You need a first deposit of at least £20, and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify. The spins are on Big Bass Splash only. The promotions page states wagering of ten times with a cap of £200 on winnings from the bonus.
The promotions page: the welcome offer sits at the top, followed by daily free spin and tournament offers.
Ten times is moderate by UK standards. Set it against wager-free offers, such as the ones at PlayOJO and Sky Vegas, and a 10x requirement plus a £200 cap is a clear step down. Casino.org's reviewer scored bonuses and offers 3.0 out of 5 and lists the missing VIP scheme as a drawback.
Our advice is simple. If you plan to play live tables, skip the bonus. Table games usually count for little or nothing against wagering, and a bonus that confines you to slots only gets in the way of what Grosvenor does best.
Banking is the thin spot
Casino.org's table lists five methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and Paysafecard, which cannot take withdrawals. Minimums are £5, with PayPal at £10. That reviewer reports PayPal withdrawals arriving within the hour and Apple Pay in about 24 hours, with debit cards at one to three days. Those are the tester's figures, not ours. Another round-up site puts the overall range at one to three days.
There is no Skrill, no Neteller and no open-banking route in that list. If your e-wallet of choice is not PayPal, you will be using a card, and card withdrawals are the slow lane at almost every UK site.
Games beyond the tables
The reported library is around 1,000 titles: 140+ jackpot games, 60+ table games and 40+ live dealer games, with IGT, Microgaming, NetEnt and Novomatic among the suppliers. The slots page is competent rather than distinctive.
The table games page, with minimum stakes from 20p and ceilings up to £2,000 printed on the tiles.
The promotions page is busier than the bonus suggests. A daily prize wheel gives one free spin a day, a slots offer unlocks five free spins for a £10 daily stake, and the Global Lucky Rush tournament advertises a £5 million prize pool across 45 weekly leaderboards. None of that replaces a decent welcome bonus, but it keeps the site from feeling like a one-trick operation.
The app
Grosvenor runs several apps, and the casino one carries a 4.1 average on the UK App Store from 12,891 ratings, last updated on 2 November 2026 when we checked.
The App Store page for Grosvenor Casino Games & Slots, developer Grosvenor Casinos Ltd, age rating 18+.
For a brand with physical venues, the app also benefits from sharing an account with the venue side. That is a convenience and a temptation, so set deposit limits before you start.
Who it suits
Pick Grosvenor if live roulette and blackjack are the point, you want 10p minimums on some tables, and you are happy to pay by card or PayPal. Skip it if you chase bonuses, want a loyalty scheme or need a wide menu of e-wallets. Its licence from the UK Gambling Commission is standard for this market and gives you the usual protections, including GamStop and deposit limits.
Verdict
Grosvenor earns a 7.4 for a live casino that feels like a casino, held back by a bonus that is average at best and a short payment list. It is a strong second account next to a wager-free site, and a decent first one if tables are your game. Set a budget, stick to it, and treat any loss as the price of entertainment.

Our verdict
Grosvenor is worth joining for one reason: live roulette and blackjack filmed in real British casinos, with a stake range from 10p to £10,000. The welcome bonus is the weak point, with 10x wagering and a £200 win cap, and five payment methods is thin for 2026. Take it as a table-game site, not a bonus site.
